Coogee Apartments

Legge & Legge Architects has submitted a development application for a new four-storey residential building in Coogee. The proposal includes four apartments, a rooftop terrace, basement parking and landscaped surrounds. Designed to meet local planning controls for height, density and open space, the project replaces an existing structure and offers a contemporary approach to coastal apartment living. Currently under review by Randwick Council.
