Aura Hair & Beauty started in Walker Street North Sydney as a Family business. The owners purchased a shop on the Highway in Crows nest in a new Mixed-Use development in 2014.
The Salon concept was driven by need to provide a neutral base for the colours of the customer’s hair, beauty treatments, and the product packaging. The minimalist nature of the design provides maximum contrast to the products used and activities pursued in the salon.
The tiles and chairs were selected by the client based on our very simple yet very strong concept.
The recessed ceilings were added to provide volume to the spaces and a sense of surprise when the client layback in their treatment. The artwork in the recessed ceilings was selected by the client.
